CASEing the Catty – CTC90 – Project Life

Hi All

Hello and welcome to this week’s CASEing the Catty Blog Hop.CASEing the Catty Blog Hop CTC90 - Project Life and Kits

Whether you’re joining the Hop here, or if you’ve hopped on over from Kelly or back from Monique a BIG hello!

Remember to click on through this week’s CTC crew to see plenty of inspirational projects that the crew have created for you – there’s a full list on the CTC blog page if you get lost along the way. A special welcome to our Guest designer this week – Fiona Cobbin – make sure you hop on through to her post.

This week at CTC we are taking inspiration from the Project Life & Kits – Pages 6-9 and 158 – 166.

I’ve CASEd the Project Life layout at the top of page 163.

While I love the Hello Lovely collection – for my layout I used the All Year Long Collection.

As I was looking through the cards of the various collections trying to decide which to use for my layout – I was drawn to the 4×6 card that has the silhouette mountains. It reminded me of the views we saw when we visited the Hamachal Pradesh state in India for a couple of days after the wedding we attended last month.

Here’s my layout.

As you can see I have CASE’d the original layout almost exactly for my page but used the All Year Long Cards Collection and Accessory Pack.

Just as the city of Chandigarh had been, the mountains were a place of great contrast. We were surprised by how populated the area was. The Green Valley was one of the few areas that was “untouched”. The horse trek up a mountain track without our driver and hosts was a memorable experience!

The cards and sayings on them were perfect for the our trip to Shimla and Kufri in the Himalayas.

I have LOTS of photos from the trip to get into albums – so am really pleased that I have the Project Life by Stampin’ Up! Collections to help me – this system of Memory Keeping makes the process quick and easy! Just what I need to tackle the task!

If you’d like to order these products (or any others), please contact me  (jackie@creativejax.co.nz) or shop online. If you click the images above you’ll find yourself in my online Stampin’ Up! store.

If you want to see all the cards in this collection – You can check out the link below which is a reference sheet from Project Life Creator – Becky Higgins

I love that we can mix digital layouts (through Digital Project Life and the Project Life App) with physical cards and accessories! The possibilities are endless.

A sneak peek for you now – there is a new Project Life Kit in the yet-to-be-released Holiday Catalogue – Hello December 2016. You can see it on the Stampin’ Up! YouTube video below. Oh I love Christmas. But I need to stay focussed on the tasks at hand first!
